Off the Wall is a summer arts employment program for teens (age 16-19) affords them the opportunity to work with a professional master artist to create and install a major piece of art in the Village of Oak Park while earning a paycheck.
ArtsFunds is a program that assists local arts organizations in maintaining general operations and special programs by funding not-for-profit organizations. OPAAC awards more money than any other other local arts council/agency in the state of Illinois.
The Oak Park Area Arts Council will award one $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior who is a resident of the tri-village area (Oak Park, Forest Park and River Forest) and is going on to major in architecture in college.
